Enrollment Process
The following are steps for admission to the Front Range Waldorf School programs. By following these steps in the suggested order, you can assist us in creating a smooth enrollment process for you and your child.
- Attend a Parent Education Evening and an All School Visitor Morning: these include a tour of the school facility, grounds, and a sample of the classroom with teachers and question/answer session. You will also meet parents of children currently enrolled in our school who will share their family's experience.
- Fill out a new student application form and send it to the school with the $50.00 application fee. Our Application for Enrollment form is very thorough. We ask for this information so that we will have a broad picture of your child. The information you provide will help the teachers cultivate a sense of your child and assure that, in accepting your child, we are confident that we have the skills and resources to help your child develop to his/her highest and fullest potential capacity.
- You will be phoned by the admissions coordinator to set up an interview with the teacher.
- Interview with the teacher. At this time you will be given the registration form upon the acceptance of your child to our program. Please submit the registration form with the $400.00 Registration and Materials Fee to the school bookkeeper (this address is on the form).
- Once the school receives your registration fee, you will be sent the school handbook and the Tuition and Enrollment Agreement. Please submit the $150.00 Facilities and Equipment Fee along with the signed Tuition and Enrollment agreement to the school.
- All health and other required forms enclosed in the front pocket of your parent handbook must be completed and submitted in order for your child to begin attending our programs.
- New student begins. We do have a sixty day mutually applicable probationary period in effect-see the Tuition and Enrollment Agreement for details.
